Summary

1. China has a lot of differences with another countries, and that can lead to create better business opportunities. The China’s economy it is vast, this country exports $2.011 trillion (2016 et.) of electrical and other machinery, including data processing equipment, apparel, furniture, textiles, integrated circuits, etcetera. Politically, The people’s congress system is China’s fundamental political system. The Constitution of the PRC provides that state power belongs to the people.  The people’s congresses have four main functions and powers: legislation, supervision, appointment and removal of officials, and making decisions on major issues. China has an advanced technology, in the 1980s many multinational corporations started transferring technology by entering into joint ventures with Chinese companies in order to expand in China. China in the 1990s introduced increasingly sophisticated regulations of foreign investment by which access to the Chinese market was traded for technology transfer. The entry of China into the World Trade Organization in 2001 required this practice stop but critics argue that it continues.

Geographically, modern China is a vast country. It is the world’s fourth largest country and is home to approximately 1.25 billion of people (nearly a quarter of the world’s population. Nowadays, China has a big pollution problem, last year China’s ministry of environmental protection reported that 21 other cities across north and central China had also declared pollution red alerts. A red alert is the highest level of a four-tier warning system introduced as part of China’s high-profile war on pollution; and it is not the only country that has that problem, that’s why China has a lot of business oportunities, because the advance technology can make things for reduce the pollution in the countries, and at the same time, saving the world. The chinese people have important values as a traditional culture, like harmony, benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom, honesty, loyalty, and filial piety. People thoughts and feelings conform to each season as they become one with nature, acting in harmony with everything on earth, and valuing human relationships.

We are going to talk about Incom Beijing Yingchuang Renewable Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. was established in 2008, is the largest city-level intelligent solid waste solution operators and providers, the State and the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission "urban mineral" demonstration base, Beijing Green League leading enterprises, The national circular transformation demonstration park leading enterprises. Safe recycling of 1 ton of beverage bottles is equivalent to saving 1 ton, saving 6 tons of oil, 3 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, tree planting 41 trees. It is estimated that by the end of 2016, the beverage bottle intelligence recycling will cover more than 10,000 points in the nation.

2. The proposal to install a recycle machine that exchange water bottles in exchange of subway tickets is a great idea for a polluted country like Mexico, we reduce appreciably  the litter and help our environment.

The selected market for this business opportunity are workers and students going in the way to their jobs and schools on a daily basis. According to The Sistema de Transporte Colectivo Metrorrey  gets 168,270,638 customers all the 365 days of the year (Presentation Metrorrey, 2013).

The selected market is bigger than people whom uses their own mean of transport and they come forced to use the subway mainly for cheap, likewise, rising the market for other type of customers like children and old people. In addition of being fast and spacious (the subway) we would expect possibilities of different types of markets and the success for the proposal.
