• You work for a big company in your city.

1. Complete the information below:

Name of the company: car dealership Ford

Name of the president: Robert Smith

Activity of the company: car sale

Number of employees: forty employees

Location of the company: San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca

Your job in the company: Sales Manager
Your boss’ name: Mike Dentt

• Your boss, Mr. Mike Dentt, receives a letter from Mrs Valery Zans thanking him for the invitation to visit the company.

She is arriving at six o´clock on September 22nd.

 The flight number is AA 1412.

• Your boss is travelling to Canada on Holiday. He asks you to meet the visitor at the airport.

1. Welcome the visitor and introduce yourself (dialogue)

• You are driving the visitor to the company.

1. Tell him/her about it. Use the information in the form you have completed above. (paragraph)

• You and the visitor are walking around the company.

1. Describe the location of the offices or departments. (5 sentences)

• At the end of the visit you invite the person to dinner.

1. Write the dialogue.

• You are at the restaurant.

1. Tell the visitor about a typical day in your office.
2. The visitor tells you about his/her free time activities.

1) Deberán realizar las actividades en un archivo word y

    grabarlas  en un archivo de audio, utilizando el  programa

    Audacity en la plataforma  Recuerden que antes de guardar el

    proyecto, deben exportar a mp3 

3) Antes de subir su proyecto, revisar que se pueda abrir el

    archivo de audio y escuchar correctamente.

4) Incluir en la presentación todos los datos personales: Nombre

    y  Apellido, DNI, Carrera, Materia; UG. Incluir una foto.

Y si realizan el trabajo con un compañero, presentarse antes de comenzar la grabación.

Valery: Good morning Cinthia! Pleased to meet you.
