Animals united is a movie for kids but, you can see this animated film in family. The animation is amazing, and the main characters are: Billy (the meerkat), Socrates (the lion), Charles (the rooster) , Bonnie ( Billy's wife) and Junior ( Billy's son). This movie is inspired in the children's novel “The conference of the animals" of Erich Kästner.

The story begins in the glaciers of Artic. These glaciers are melting. The fire devastated the interior of Australia. Forced to flee their habitat an animal group, led by a daring rooster, cross the ocean in a bathtub. Their destination: the Okavango Delta in Africa, one of the last unspoiled corners of the Earth. This natural paradise is home to Billy, a hyperactive meerkat lives with his wife Bonnie and their son Junior. Billy spends his days quietly playing his drums and walking with his best friend, Socrates, a vegetarian lion who loves flowers and butterflies. In Okavango is a tradition for the animals waiting for the water from flooding the fields each year, and so survive the stifling heat of the dry season. But this time no water. Billy wants his son to be proud of him for finding the water does not come, so, along with Socrates, decides to enter the land of the dreaded Death Valley, home of the fearsome leopard. They will meet with Rooster Carlos, and together they discover a huge dam built to provide water at a luxury resort. At this resort, the animals are treated cruelly, but the animals struggle to free.

To me, this movie is very good to make people aware so that way they would stop polluting our environment and the most important thing that we have the water , so we have to create awareness to everybody who lives in world, because we can’t live without it.
