Definition of health
Health (from Latin "salus, - ūtis") is the complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not only the absence of disease or infection, as defined by the World Health Organization which concept was made in the Constitution of 19461. It also can be defined as the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of one organism that can be both micro (cell) and macro (social). The health concept includes the biopsychosocial state, aspects that an individual's does.
Factors that lead to health
• regular physical exercises
• Greater participation in recreational activities
• Adequate nutrition
• Stress control (stress)
• No-smoking
• Do not drink alcohol
• Sleep 7 to 8 hours
• Implementing security measures
• Help more needy people
• Proper hygiene habits.
Factors affecting health

• Consumption of drugs.
• Exposure to electromagnetic pollution.
• Exposure to air pollution:
• Rhythm of life:
• Lack of rest.
• Abuse of drugs.

• Travels and displacements.
Environmental health is related to all the people’s external, physical, chemical and biological factors. In other words, it includes environmental factors that could affect the health and is based on the prevention of diseases and the creation of an environment that favors health. Any behavior not related to the environment, as well as any behavior associated with the social and economic environment and genetics is therefore excluded from this definition.
Environment means everything that affects the living beings and particularly affects the circumstances of people or societies’ life. It includes the set of natural, social and cultural values that occur in a specific place at a specific time, affecting the human being lives and future generations. For instance, it is not only about the space in which life is developed but also includes living beings, objects, water, soil, air and the relationships between them as well as intangible as culture elements. World environment day is celebrated on June 5.

Sustainable development
According to the Brundtland Commission, sustainable development is that development that meets the needs of present generations without compromising the development of future generations.
This implies that new patterns of consumption have to be developed, to reorient the values and priorities to achieve sustainable societies.
