En este Artículo científico se evidencia lo que Hoy día podemos obtener en la actividad física junto al ejercicio en beneficio a la salud siendo este muy significativo para generar estrategias que ayuden a mejorar el estado de salud ya que por la otra parte está la inactividad física o sedentarismo teniendo en cuenta las condiciones asociadas a estas como lo es, la obesidad, enfermedades cardiovasculares ñ, diabetes mellitus tipo 2 entre otras; categorizando así a las personas adultas si son activas o inactivas, teniendo como base la práctica de la actividad física-intensidad moderada de 150 minutos semanales como parámetros mínimos para así definir tiene alta o baja actividad física; de acuerdo a la metodología se establece una asociación junto con el síndrome metabólico. También se tiene en cuenta que a nivel mundial es muy limitado el estudio de este tipo y muy poco o nulo a nivel latinoamericano. |
