Este trabajo  de  investigación  lo  dedico  a  mis padres en reconocimiento a su apoyo incondicional y confianza  que  me  brindaron para cumplir mis metas.

RESUMEN

La presente investigación, titulada: “Caracterización del financiamiento, capacitación y  rentabilidad de las MYPES del sector servicio - rubro imprentas del distrito de Chimbote, período 2015.” Tuvo por objetivo general Describir las principales características del financiamiento, capacitación y rentabilidad de las MYPES del sector servicio –rubro imprentas del distrito de Chimbote; para lo cual los objetivos específicos fueron: Describir las principales características del financiamiento capacitación y rentabilidad de las MYPES del sector servicio- rubro imprentas del Distrito de Chimbote, periodo 2014-2015. La investigación fue cuantitativa, el nivel fue Descriptivo, se escogió en forma dirigida una muestra de 12 propietarios de imprentas de una población del 25% a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario estructurado de 15 preguntas a través de la técnica de la encuesta, cuyos datos recolectados en la información, se analizó haciendo uso de la estadística descriptiva, asimismo para la tabulación de datos se tuvo como soporte el programa Excel, cuyos resultados principales fueron los siguientes: Con relación a los representantes legales la mayoría tiene estudios universitarios completos, sólo el 40% de ellos no terminó sus estudios universitarios, el 59% de los representantes legales de las MYPES son formales y el 41% son informales. Respecto al financiamiento: el 77% de los representantes legales de las MYPES encuestadas adquirieron créditos financieros en diferentes entidades financieras. El 100% de los representantes legales de las MYPES encuestados consideran que la capacitación es una inversión, considerando además que la capacitación genera mayor rentabilidad. Por último el 43% de los representantes legales de las MYPES encuestados tienen entre 7 a 10 trabajadores.

ABSTRACT

The present investigation, titled: " Characterization of the financing, training and profitability of the MYPES of the sector service - item presses of Chimbote's district, period 2015". There took service - item as a general to describe aim the principal characteristics of the financing, training and profitability of the MYPES of the sector presses of Chimbote's district; for which the specific aims were: the principal characteristics of the financing Describe training and profitability of the MYPES of the sector service - item presses of Chimbote's District, period 2014-2015. The investigation was quantitative, the level was Descriptive, there was chosen in directed form a sample of 12 owners of presses of a population of 25 % to whom there was applied a questionnaire structured of 15 questions across the technology of the survey, which information gathered in the information, it was analyzed using the descriptive statistics, likewise for the tabulation of information the program took as a support Excel, which principal results were the following ones: With relation to the legal representatives the majority has university complete studies, only 40 % of them did not finish his university studies, 59 % of the legal representatives of the MYPES is formal and 41 % is informal. With regard to the financing: 77 % of the legal representatives of the polled MYPES acquired financial credits in different financial institutions. 100 % of the legal representatives of the MYPES respondents thinks that the training is an investment, considering besides the fact that the training generates major profitability. Finally 43 % of the legal polled representatives of the MYPES has between 7 10 workers.
