EL ROL DEL DOCENTE EN LA FORMACIÓN DE UNA CIUDADANÍA TOLERANTE, RESPONSABLE Y SOLIDARIA.

Resumen

El propósito y objetivo del presente ensayo es analizar el rol del docente en la formación de una ciudadanía tolerante, responsable y solidaria. y cuáles son los elementos inmersos en el rol docente, tomando en consideración lo que el docente debe de infundir en sus estudiantes.

La educación ciudadana es el proceso de constitución de sujetos que contribuyan al fortalecimiento de los Estados y las sociedades democráticas, y cuestionen las estructuras de dominación y violación a la dignidad humana.

Supone, por lo tanto, la educación ciudadana no sólo es formadora, sino fundamentalmente transformadora de las relaciones sociales y políticas. Por ello, en el contexto político mexicano, la construcción de ciudadanía implica la reconstrucción del tejido social mediante el fortalecimiento y democratización de la sociedad civil, el desarrollo de una cultura de la participación social y política, así como la recuperación de la confianza en las instituciones y en los procesos democráticos.

La escuela es una institución fundamental para la construcción de ciudadanía, es decir, para la formación de niñas, niños y jóvenes conscientes de sus derechos, con valores cívicos, un alto sentido de responsabilidad ciudadana y habilidades para participar, ejercer la autoridad democrática, tomar decisiones y convivir de manera solidaria, respetuosa, tolerante y justa.

Para realizar dicho análisis se utilizara una metodología con énfasis reflexivo e interpretativo de  manera personal, tomando en consideración, base y sustento el haber leído a varios autores los cuales fungirán como referentes teóricos y fuentes de información de corte académico, prestigio y reputación, a su vez haciendo uso de nuestras propias observaciones a los académicos de los semestres pasados de la carrera de Pedagogía de la Universidad Veracruzana,  para poder crear esa conexión entre los referentes teóricos con lo que observo a los  docente dentro de facultad.  

Se puede concluir que la construcción del rol del docente en la formación de ciudadanía  fundamental dentro de un proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, ya que dicha formación está comprometida con la educación y de ella depende el proceso de formación de los estudiantes, esta formación ciudadana es el conjunto de acciones llevadas a cabo por diferentes instituciones y organizaciones sociales y políticas que tienen como objetivo el desarrollo de actitudes, valores, principios y normas de convivencia democrática y el desarrollo de competencias participativas en las esferas de decisión de la sociedad. Supone un proceso de organización y de participación consciente de los ciudadanos en los asuntos del país.

Abstract:This research refers to the teaching role as the subject of teacher training for the education of a citizenry, the first question that could arise is whether this training is necessary since it is possible to think that no particular skills or strategies are needed to educate but that this is a process that occurs naturally in the educational task.

The purpose and objective of this essay is to analyze the role of the teacher in the formation of a citizenship tolerant, responsible and supportive. And what are the elements immersed in the teaching role, taking into consideration that the teacher must instill in their students. Citizenship education is the process of formation of subjects that will contribute to the strengthening of States and democratic societies, and to question the structures of domination and violation of human dignity. Assume, therefore, citizenship education is not only a trainer, but fundamentally transformative of social and political relations. Therefore, in the context of Mexico’s political, the construction of citizenship involves the reconstruction of the social tissue through the strengthening and democratization of the civil society, the development of a culture of social and political participation, as well as the recovery of confidence in the institutions and in the democratic processes. The school is a fundamental institution for the construction of citizenship, that is to say, for the training of children and young people aware of their rights, with civic values, a high sense of civic responsibility and skills to participate, to exercise democratic authority, to make decisions and live together as mutually supportive, respectful, tolerant and fair. To perform such analysis utilized a methodology with emphasis reflective and interpretive in a personal way, taking into consideration, base and livelihoods have read several authors which will serve as theoretical references and sources of information of court to academic prestige and reputation, your time making use of our own observations to the academic semesters past of the career of Pedagogy of the Universidad Veracruzana, to be able to create that connection between the theoretical references with which I observe the teaching within the faculty. It can be concluded that the construction of the role of the teacher in the formation of citizenship as fundamental part of a teaching-learning process, since such training is committed to the education and it depends on the process of formation of the students, this civic training is the set of actions carried out by different institutions and social and political organizations that have as an objective the development of attitudes, values, principles and standards of democratic coexistence and the development of competences participative in the decision-making spheres of the society. Involves a process of organization and conscious participation of citizens in the affairs of the country.

INTRODUCCIÓN

En este documento se parte esencialmente la Calidad Educativa en relación con el estudio de la personalidad y estilo del docente entregado a su trabajo, dispuesto a acompañar cognitiva, comunicativa, afectiva y socialmente a sus estudiantes para que estos sean capaces de transformar el entorno que les rodea, mediante acciones que les permitan ir superando obstáculos ocultos y afrontar el reto que implica su formación integral mediada con el apoyo de los formadores y así lograr insertarse en la sociedad del conocimiento. El objetivo de este ensayo está centrado en analizar los procesos en los que se ve inmersa la Educación Superior, así como las actitudes empleadas por el docente universitario para incidir en la formación integral de los estudiantes, y sus implicaciones en la producción y divulgación del conocimiento.
