I feel that the Challenge has been and continues to be my main motivation to overcome obstacles. In my current life as an apprentice I have learned to be resilient and not let myself be overcome by any adversity. Every time I overcome the challenges I feel stronger and I am able to motivate others.

Relationships are necessary in any aspect of our life, as we work as a team to achieve common goals and obtain more productive results, which would otherwise be difficult to achieve. For two years I have been improving my relationships and of course I have done better in my life, studies and social relationships.

Lifestyle is one of the factors that motivates me the most, I have been struggling for several years to have a better lifestyle in the near future.

Being independent is sometimes good, and it helps as a motivator, sometimes you have to live like nobody wants and then live like nobody can, you know what you have, what you can invest in. I have been studying to get ahead without the help of others, I know that I am capable of achieving my goals by continuously working independently.

Obviously there must be interest in something, for me it is essential to tenaciously pursue an idea, identify my resources to solve it and work hard to achieve it. Otherwise, I think that without interest motivation is lost, therefore, I may not be able to develop as a professional.

Recognition for me is a fundamental pillar of motivation, personal and professional development, because doing things and not being recognized I think that lowers your morale and over time you stop working on yourself and studying for what you want to be.

Personally, I have been fighting to be recognized in what I do, this motivates me to continue like this and not leave things due to lack of motivation.

I have had security in everything I do since I was in school, because it helps me to undertake, do things well, get involved in something, be in control of my life and face problems better.

I feel that variety is not the most relevant factor in my motivation. I like to do repetitive things. In my current study I have learned many things due to repetition, I personally believe that what you do not even practice you will forget.

Being competent has given me the possibility to fight for the best prizes, which for me is a personal satisfaction. I have dedicated part of my life to study and make sacrifices to develop in my professional life.

Money is the means to cover expenses but personally it is not my great motivation, I have seen it that way for a long time because when I do not have money my motivation would be lost. I have preferred to be happy with what little I have.
