Our Mission
To inform the local community about the delicious "empanadas" and to make “empanadas” part of the community’s weekly diet.
Our Vision
Become the most popular empanada business in the area, and be known for our unique product.
Objectives (1 year)
Be recognized as the unique brand of empanadas in the bay area.
Expand capacity in order to service larger orders of empanadas (restaurants, events, parties, etc.).
Develop new varieties of empanadas in order to satisfy the needs/desires of markets from different countries.
Purchase a mini-van for local delivery of orders of empanadas.

I offer South American-style homemade turnover "Empanadas" made with the freshest and finest ingredients.
I want to ensure that the products I offer to my customers are always of the best quality.
They are not only a delicious meal, but they are also rich in protein, iron, fiber and vitamins, while also being low in fat and cholesterol.

What is an Empanada?
The Empanada is a Latin American pastry turnover filled with a variety of savory ingredients that is then either baked or fried.
Target Market (Potential Customers)
The Empanadas are for everybody. Children, adults, old people.
First target the South American Market and later make them popular in the American market.
Marketing
I will use Facebook, Yelp, YouTube and many more websites to market and sell empanadas.
I plan to sell the empanadas by: (Price)
Three empanadas: $10
Dozen empanadas: $35
Types
I will have many combinations of ingredients and varieties of empanadas that are sure to always delight and satisfy every palate.
Types: Chicken, meat, vegetarian, cheese, tuna, plus others that are still to be determined based on orders placed and feedback received.
