Have students sing the song. | APPLICATION: Students will participate in a small conversation using greetings and farewells |
ACTIVITIES: Introduce myself to the class. Hello my name is Miss___________. Invite a student to the front and ask: What’s your name? Help them to respond: My name is... repeat the activity several times with other students. Use the greetings expressions. Throw a ball to a student and ask what’s your name? Repeat the activity with all the class. Display pieces of paper with images about cartoons and have students to cut and color, then give them a straw to stick into the character. Play a song about greetings and have students sing the song and perform it. With puppets made with images and straws. the students will appear before the class. In pars students practice greetings and farewells. Hello, good morning, my name is_______. Goodbye. | ASSESSMENT: Students will identify greetings and farewells expressions.
