1. Mention who they were and where in the world they live:
The Indus Valley Civilisation or Harappan Civilisation,  was a Bronze Age civilisation in the northwestern regions of South Asia, extending from what today is northeast Afghanistan to Pakistan and northwest India Along with Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia, it was one of three early cradles of civilisations of the Old World, and of the three, the most widespread. 

2. Mention how long ago they lived.
The indus valley civilization lived around of 3300-1300 b.C ( Before Christ ) in the bronze age 

What traditions they used to have

- The Indus Valley civilization used to have rituals of purity

- they used to occupy the pre-Harappan of Mehrgarh which was the oldest site in the Indian Valley

- they used to have marriages arranged by their parents and other important members within the family,

- They used to do a Garbhaadaan Ceremony when the couple was going to have a son or daughter

- They used to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi

- they used to have religious festivals of Hinduism, Sikhism, Jainism and Zoroastrianism or Mazdeism, such as the festival Diwali, Divali or Deepvali (literally, festival of lights)

- They used to make symbols in the palm of their hand on the external reflection of the Sun that the individual lodges inside, which causes this inner light to illuminate. its tradition was used in weddings and diyas

- They used to celebrate the Holi festival which was a festival of colors or the feast of love that was celebrated in spring

- they used to dance the Odissi, the classical dance of India in important events

- They used to wear a lot of jewelry throughout their body

3. Mention what habits they used to have:

- The ancient indus river valley used to have techniques in handcraft for example ( cornealian products, seal carving)

- They used to have techniques in metallurgy for example ( cooper, bronze, lead and thin

-they used to build the houses baked brick for their urban planning

-The indus valley civilization used to  exchange fabrics for bronze

They used to build many cities

They used to dig many pools

- They used to use their trade seals decorated with animals.

4. Mention what happened to them

The indus valley civilization  disappeard

Why they disappeared?

The civilization of the Indus Valley is said to have begun to diminish in 1750 BC

because of the evil that was being generated, they have created certain theories of why this civilization disappeared.

1. It was that they didn`t own weapons and were invaded and conquered by the people of the Caucasus

2. It`s said that there was a huge earthquake that changed the course of the rivers due to that many tributaries were left without water and could not be maintained
