The place where I lived, where I live, where I am going t olive
As part of a recent exercise done in my English class, I reflect on the idea of houses. A short while ago, my whole life seems to revolve around the same. So I have decided to write this composition on my way back to house
In my first years of life, I lived with my parents in a housing state in a housing state on the outskirts of Saragossa. When the summer came, they sent me with my grandparents to a little village called Sediles, which it is situated 9,32 miles far from Calatayud. Throughout the winter, no one lived in this charming village; however, in summer time the population reached one hundred inhabitants. It is well known, and there are studies from Freud which back it up, that children from the villages develop their intelligence better than town boys. On the contrary, what nobody has been able to explain is why these small town children stop their advance at their youth. If someday I had a son/daughter, I would like to offer a place where he/she could grow up as I did.
For the time being, my partner and me are living in rented accommodation in Las Fuentes. It is a suburb close to the heart of Saragossa. Four years ago I decided to prey on my parents thinking that my future house would be ready to move in one year and a half. My new accommodation is going to be in Valdespartera, a VPO of course.
Last Friday I got through my house’s door for the first time. What a relief! I sat down on the floor, in the living room and stayed there for hours. I really do not know what was in my head, I only wanted to enjoy the silent in my HOME, and relax…
