In this modern age, a lot of industrial countries develop and progress permanently. Some other countries, in spite of this fact, are un-developed, and poor – dealing with numerous problems. For this purpose, other countries constitute some organizations to help the poor people, and supply some principle and significant requisites, and they even allocate annual budgets for poor governments.
First of all, our sense of humanity and the responsibility towards our fellow humans to help each other is what should move us. We also should not be racist; this responsibility and commitment obligates us to think about other people and try to prepare their basic, primitive and every-day- needs, such as: food, clothes, and suitable shelter. In legal and political terms, the richest nations have adopted international commitments to provide what is known as the Development Cooperation, such as the framework of international organizations such as the United Nations (UN) or the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). In particular, a far stronger commitment in this regard (and as far as can be solid internationally) is contained in the Millennium Declaration, signed during the Millennium Summit of the United Nations in September 2000, and where eight goals set by reaching 2015, namely:
Goal 1: Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger.
Goal 2: Achieve universal primary education.
Goal 3: Promote gender equality and empower women.
Goal 4: Reduce child mortality.
Goal 5: Improve maternal health.
Goal 6: Combat HIV / AIDS, malaria and other diseases.
Goal 7: Ensure environmental sustainability.
Goal 8: Develop a global partnership for development.
Aids from developed countries optimize people’s living standard and eradicate poverty in the poor countries. Due to the backwardness of science and technology, people in some undeveloped countries and regions such as Africa, Latin America and Asia suffer a great deal from poverty, hunger and the scarcity of water. International aids from developed countries have improved their living environment and helped them with the development of agriculture, industry and economy

¨In general, generosity is continuing to go up and is making a huge difference, we are getting more vaccines out to children, fewer children are dying, or helping more farmers with new seeds than never before.
