The Obesity
Today, we live surrounded by diseases that were not well known or at least not considered as such. Years ago, obesity was not taken into account as a disease but rather was evidence of wealth, social status, and power. The kind of food, the amount and the manner in which it was served were among the important criteria of social class. Currently, obesity is a common disease with serious consequences and regardless of social status, sex, age, race or color. Obesity has been one of the most important problems in the last two or three decades in the United States. According to the National Health and Nutrition (National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey) says that in the U.S. 34.2% of adults 20 years and older are overweight, 33.8% are obese and 5 , 7% are extremely obese. These eating disorders have affected public health, producing a significant and serious complication in the population. Certain individual factors such as diet, sedentary lifestyle, and the environment have helped trigger a national epidemic.

As second point, most Americans do not usually do enough exercise, are used to the good life, here reigns the "law of least effort" is not to do nothing if you have habits that should change. The sedentary lifestyle, technology and modern welfare has reduced the physical demands at work and in the work of our house. Spending many hours in front of the TV, the computer (working, playing, etc.), use the car instead of walking, using the escalator, the elevator instead of the stairs, playing computer games instead of playing in the park, use the chat room instead of playing sports with friends, etc.. All this has led to the increase in obesity. Let us always remember that physical activity is one of the guidelines that should be taken to ameliorate the disease. Ironically, sometimes much comfort is harmful to health.
Finally, our environment does not always help us to have healthy habits, and therefore encourages obesity. American society is plagued by the signs used by food companies, announcing foods high in calories and fats, sweets, sugary drinks, etc. These notices are intended to influence people, using the little time and extreme tiredness that sometimes people handle. Although it seems incredible, lack of access to healthy foods. For some people
