The accused Aurora Gonzalez De León thought that she was doing a good action.

Is against the law consume illegal drugs, force others to consume them and throw the drugs in the river because can affect innocent people.

The accused has the right to be investigated and have a legal court under the authority of a judge.
4) Agricultural law.
When the accused throw the drugs into the river, this action affected the crops because this river is used to irrigate the crops.
Constitutional part.
1) Art 1: individual guarantees.
Everyone involved in the case of Aurora Gonzalez De León have all the individual guarantees of the constitution.

The accused Aurora Gonzalez De Leon and the others persons involved in the case enjoy all the guarantees regardless of race, age, sex, disabilities, religion and so on.

The news paper and the news have the right and freedom to publish the case without a sanction.

The accused and family of the victims have the right to be associated in anything that they want with all the benefits and obligations that it have.

The accused has the right to live in any state in Mexico without need a passport, but if she want live or travel for other country she will need passport and others regulations, the accused could not live in Australia in legal way because the police were looking her for illegal acts.
