RESUMEN

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo  de determinar la relación de las bases metodológicas con la fase preparatoria y la dimension ambiental, social, económica y política para la implantación de un sistema de gestión ambiental sostenible  ISO 14001: 2004 en las Instituciones Educativas del nivel secundario de la provincia de Jauja. Para ello, se utilizó un diseño descriptivo correlacional, teniendo como muestra a 77 docentes del área de ciencia Tecnología y Ambiente, a  quienes se les aplico una encuesta  para recabar información con respecto a las variables establecidas,  teniendo como indicadores a  la preparación y planificación, la gestión institucional, la gestión pedagógica, educación en ecoeficiencia, en salud y en gestión de riesgo, considerando a  las dimensiones social, económica, política y ambiental.

Para la determinación de la correlación y la verificación de la hipótesis general y de las específicas, se utilizó  como medida de asociación lineal al coeficiente Rho de Spearman y el programa SPSS v23 Excel 2010. De acuerdo a los resultados estadísticos, se  rechaza la hipótesis nula y se concluye que existe correlación entre las bases metodológicas y las dimensiones  del sistema de Gestión Ambiental ISO 14001:2004, registrándose los siguientes valores, en gestión institucional y la fase de preparación (>), la Rho = 0,452 , en gestión pedagógica y la dimensión ambiental, (>), la Rho = 0,652 de la misma forma, en educación en eco eficiencia y la dimensión social, (4,71>), la Rho = 0,478. en la  educación en salud y la dimensión económica (>), la Rho = 0,683 y finalmente entre la gestión de riesgo y la dimensión política (>), la Rho = 0,435 a un nivel de significancia de 0,05. Constituyéndose  la  fase de preparación, la gestión institucional, la gestión pedagógica, educación en ecoeficiencia, educación  en salud y educación en gestión de riesgo, en las bases metodológicas para la implantación de un Sistema de Gestión ambiental sostenible ISO 14001:2004, enmarcados  en la mejora continua como proceso recurrente, bajo el enfoque del  desarrollo sostenible.  [pic 8][pic 9][pic 10][pic 11][pic 12][pic 13][pic 14][pic 15][pic 16]

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the relationship of the methodological basis with the preparatory phase and the environmental, social, economic and political dimension to the implementation of an environmental management system sustainable ISO 14001: 2004 in educational institutions of secondary level the province of Jauja. To do this, we used a descriptive correlational design, with the sample to 77 teachers in the area of ​​Science Technology and Environment, whom I were given a survey to gather information regarding the established variables, taking as indicators the preparation and planning, institutional management, learning management, eco-efficiency education, health and risk management, considering the social, economic, political and environmental dimensions.

To determine the correlation and verification of the general hypothesis and specific, it was used as a measure of linear association Spearman Rho coefficient and SPSS v23 Excel 2010. According to the statistical results, the null hypothesis is rejected and it is concluded that there is a correlation between the methodological bases and dimensions Environmental management system ISO 14001: 2004, registering the following values, institutional management and preparation phase (4.38> 1.99), the Rho = 0.452 in educational management and environmental dimension, (7.44> 1.99), the Rho = 0.652 in the same way, education in eco-efficiency and social dimension, (4.71> 1.99), Rho = 0.478. in health education and the economic dimension (8.08> 1.99), the Rho = 0.683 and finally between risk management and the political dimension (4.18> 1.99), the Rho = 0.435 a significance level of 0.05. Constituting the preparation phase, institutional management, educational management, education in eco-efficiency, health education and education in risk management in the methodological basis for the implementation of an Environmental Management System sustainable ISO 14001: 2004, framed in the continuous improvement as a recurring process, under the approach of sustainable development.
