FIRST DAY
Reach the company at 8:15, I was appointed as an assistant/secretary of the Department of Human Resources, help my boss to place interns in their respective departments or areas.
I learned to check the bearings per employee in a system called Easy Mark Empresarial.
I was asked to make some records and records in Excel. To record the time in and out of the company and so the same lunch of trainees. And the tab to collect your personal information. We provide a lunch hour.
I have my own desk and let me use the machine. I have met almost all departments of the Bank and I have accompanied the trainees to their respective areas.
I learned to add markings as there are occasions when the biometric (system that records the entry and exit of employees of the company) does not register any exit or entry of the company.
I got to know the password and computer user, and password biometric and copier.
I've noticed that people here are friendly and to be the first day was not bad.

SECOND DAY

Even I need practice because sometimes forget how to handle that, but I get used to it.
I have written trades for college interns who enter holiday even as I have a record of that. I have also reviewed a folder called suitcase which is where archived Guides correspondence sent.
It's very easy to handle, some leaves are asking the shipping information and I take him to a person who is in charge of that. They explained that this person only receives correspondence until 15:00 and then the car has already come and receive delivery and nothing else.
I learned to scan; I was a bit difficult for me because you must be careful not to go over a leaf.
But from there I followed all instructions of my boss.

THIRD DAY
Today I calculated overtime (Monday to Friday from 18:31) and overtime (Saturdays) have also known more departments of the Bank, since I sent to find employees to sign occasional services contracts, learned to justify failures in the system of marks of the employees also to add and remove dials, write offices to send to colleges acceptance of internships.

I have learned to receive calls and I head told me I should talk to quite confident that the practices are like a real job and I see it, to learn.
I walk everywhere, but still do not take you low shoes.
I like there, I hope to return and some hiring me.

FOURTH DAY
Today I've been busy with the marks of the employees have since been several times to my desk with medical certificates, permits for hours, and well I've been justifying it and fixing inconsistencies that is when the system does not record them some input or output bank .
I've done the guidelines of correspondence, are many and each shipment are three guides, so when I have more than five shipments I have much work to do, then I must go down a floor and get to the communications office where is the Mrs. Fanny receiving all kinds of shipping from boxes to documents.
It helps the dentist Dr. Julio Centeno Benavidez with some excel documents to edit and mail to Quito, is a good person!
I scanned documents to Ms. Katty and review a procurement processes, all this complete all requirements have been met Bank, receive resume, fix the desk, filing, bringing correspondence, receive mail.

FIFTH DAY
I have been learning to scan and is not as simple to keep in mind what you're scanning to whom you send it and all that, you can lock a sheet and you ruin all the work, you must delete and re-do everything.
I was sent to then remove a projector with a driver of the company for the insurance fund a clothing store, as he knew there he was indicating a little the driver and hope to give us the projector and returned to the company as it they needed for training.
I followed arranging bearings, justifying and recording faults and delays permits for hours that are usually medical appointments or calamities and employees always bring a medical certificate must receive and seal and file it in a folder.
I have become more familiar with the place and I realized that being behind a desk most of the day is not comfortable, eventually tired.
And then with the guys from other schools all has been well have no problems and I hope it remains so.

SIXTH DAY
I started the day with a lot of work, I had to go to deliver documents correspondence that went to different branches, but before doing that I had to check everything is complete and well detailed justify absences and tardiness, record permits for hours, with certificates medical.
I learned the order is five uniform shirts (three long sleeves, two short sleeves) and two vests (white-Monday; blue- Tuesday, Wednesday gray, blue- Thursdays, gray Friday).
I have written records of delivery of uniforms for new entrants sign as responsible for uniforms, learned to transfer calls and also to handle the phone to talk to my boss for internal.
I also have learned the passwords and emails have put my knowledge.
I indicated that only 30 overtime pay and if you pass a formula is done in excel for exact remaining 30 hours.

SEVENTH DAY
Today I have not done much work, I just helped Srta. Katty filling out forms for overtime pay, I have indicated that only 30 overtime pay, although spend those hours will not be paid the other only to the limit.
