The Effect of Music in the Learning Process of Language

Abstract
Apparently “music” has quite significant effects on the learning process. Music mainly provides a good atmosphere in the classroom. Songs are essential tools at the moment of learning another language. We can say the rhythm and melody of music facilities memorization; it can also help the improvement of other language skills such as vocabulary and oral competences, including articulation and pronunciation. Furthermore, music has positives effect on writing skills; it’s also helping us in the process of reading comprehension, through reading and memorization the lyrics of song. This could help children who suffer of reading and writing disorder, due to the more approachable aspect of over phonemes. Music can help focus a learner’s attention, and also help to stimulate the creativity and foster a positive attitude. Considering all the above mentioned, we can say that the music can be a useful part of any foreign language learning or teaching process. This paper provides some information about the positives effect of music in the learning process of a language.

As we know, the uses of music for learn any language is a vital too, because the song can help us with the development and practice of listening, pronunciation, memorizing, and vocabulary acquisition . Beside music provide a good atmosphere in the classroom creating a relax atmosphere in the learning. For this reason, music is a powerful thing, and when we understand its significance, it can bring dramatic changes both positive and negative into our lives and this paper will serve as a general guide only if you want to know more about it.
Method
This paper focuses the effects of music in the learning process. Music is powerful. It can play a significant part in our lives contributing to positive academic, social, and emotional achievements. Using music in and outside of the classroom has been shown to positively influence children's abilities, because the rhythm and melody of music can facilitates the memorizing of vocabulary and improvement of the pronunciation. One solid way to increase the speed at which people learn is with music. For this reason this investigation was realized studying all the positives effects that music can cause when we are learning a new language.
Discussion
Music has been a major role both inside and outside of the classroom for many generations. We can understand better this topic, if we can answer the follow question: “How does music facilitate learning?”For achieve a major comprehensive answer to our question, we divided it into several subtopics. The first subtopic is how music helps with creativity in the brain. The second subtopic is how music affects the mood of a learner. The third subtopic is the different genres of music and how these different genres affected a learner’s ability in different ways. The last subtopic is how music plays a role in memorization skills, especially with the younger generations.
