RESUMEN

En esta investigación se implementará un sistema logístico, logística inversa con el objetivo de reducir costos de las devoluciones de productos congelados (pescados y mariscos), de la empresa Tecnológica de alimentos S.A. La metodología de esta investigación es aplicada, experimental y cuantitativa con una muestra de 21 devoluciones las cuales fueron registradas en el primer trimestre del año, con la aplicación de este sistema queremos se busca reutilizar los productos devueltos y así generar ingresos, luego de clasificar los productos el cual nos permita disponer con facilidad el uso de estos productos, y a su vez concientizar al personal para una mejor recepción y almacenaje.

Así podremos saber con facilidad la ubicación y estado de los productos, lógicamente luego del proceso de inspección a cargo del personal de control de calidad. Podremos disponer de los productos y no tener un margen elevado de pérdidas.

Se mejorará el tiempo de ingreso al stock coordinando con las áreas involucradas luego de la evaluación del personal de calidad, pues en la actualidad el tiempo de demora es de 7 a 15 días que estos productos son reingresados a stock del almacén.

ABSTRACT
