You should always think about your health. But we know that it isn´t always possible, we want to get fit for special occasions, so here are some tips to help you do that.

If you have an important event, you should start to get ready for it at least six months before it happens.

Try to stay away from alcohol, breads and too many carbohidrates. Because if you hace too many of these three, you will be bloated and look puffy. People think that diet sugars are good, but they aren´t also a lot of people think that eating a lot of fruit is good because it´s natural, but it isn´t because it has a lot of sugar. You can eat carbohidrates, but you should stop eating them after 3 p.m.

When you excercise, the best thing you can do are “circuits” it means that you go from one place to another without resting, because it makes your heart beat faster and it burns a lot of calories. It is better that the cardio machines in the gym. And it will also give you more energy.

An important thing is that you have discilpineand try to make excercise 6 days a week.

When you work out it is important that you wear the right clothes and the right tennis shoes. The shoes have to give you a good support and stability because if not you can get hurt. There are watches that can measure your pulse and heart beat and they are also very good.

you can learn how to do a lot of excercises on the internet, in magazines, in videos, etc. But if you aren´t a very disciplined person, you probably need to hire a traier that can give you excercises, see if you are doing them right, and be there to make sure that you do all the excercises that you have to do. If you want to be healthy you have to sleep, when people don´t get enough sleep, their body produces “cortisol”, that is a hormone that makes you anxious and makes you want to eat or smoke or drink. Before you have beauty you have to have health because a sick person can´t look beautiful.

Drink a lot of water, water is the best thing you can drink, it gets rid of impurities in your body and your skin. It can help you feel full so you don´t eat too much, and it cleans your body from the inside.

Use sun screen, we should use sunscreen everyday, it doesn´t matter if the day is sunny or not. It doesn´t matter if you work inside an office or outside. Before you leave your house you should always put sun screen. If you don´t put sun screen on, the sun burns your skin and you can get skin cancer. Sun screen is also important if you want to look young always because the sun makes wrinkles in your skin, and if you protect your skin you will not get wrinkles.
