In order to be eligible for this funding opportunity, the applicant must currently be funded by SBA as a Lead Small Business Development Center (SBDC). An application submitted by an entity that is not a Lead SBDC will not be considered. Awards will be made under this program announcement on a continuing, first-come, first-served basis, until the application cut-off date of December 3129, 2006 or until the funds made available have been fully obligated, whichever comes first.

Proposals are to be posted to www.grants.gov by 11:595:00PM EEST on December 3129, 2006
