Resumen

Un trasplante consiste en trasladar un órgano, tejido o un conjunto de células de una persona (donante) a otra (receptor), o bien de una parte del cuerpo a otra en un mismo paciente, existen varios órganos que puedes ser donados, de igual manera, se presenta también los órganos artificiales que van a conjunto al tema tratado. Los órganos artificiales son un dispositivo artificial o tejidos cultivados, que se implanta o integra en un ser humano para restaurar la función del órgano dañado, el objetivo que se busca es que el paciente pueda regresar a una vida tan normal como sea posible, por eso, el ministerio de educación ha sabido implantar un proyecto que hará analizar a la comunidad educativa y a sus alrededores sobre el presente tema. Nuestro grupo hablará sobre "El Páncreas" ubicado en la parte posterior del abdomen y próximo al hígado, tiene dos funciones principales una exocrina y otra endocrina. Para que suceda un trasplante de páncreas el paciente tiene que sufrir de una diabetes mellitus tipo I (la que es congénita, en donde el páncreas no produce insulina suficiente o en absoluto) sumado a falla renal inminente, o también cuando la persona o paciente con diabetes mellitus tipo 1 no presenta mejora al manejo con insulina o que por una u otra razón no se puedan aplicar la insulina. Por lo tanto, hemos sabido diseñar un prototipo en el que se podrá visualizar una de las razones por las que en cierto caso se necesitaría una donación de páncreas.

Abstract

A transplant consists of transferring an organ, tissue or a set of cells from one person (donor) to another (recipient), or from one part of the body to another in the same patient, there are several organs that can be donated, in the same way there are also artificial organs that go together with the subject treated, artificial organs are an artificial device or cultivated tissues, which are implanted or integrated in a human being to restore the function of the damaged organ. The aim is to enable the patient to return to a normal life as much as possible, which is why the Ministry of Education has been able to implement a project that will make the educational community analyse this subject. Our group will talk about "The Pancreas" located at the back of the abdomen and next to the liver, it has two main functions, one exocrine and the other endocrine. For a pancreas transplant to happen the patient has to suffer from type I diabetes mellitus (which is congenital, where the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or any insulin at all) coupled with impending renal failure, or also when the person or patient with type 1 diabetes mellitus does not improve with insulin or for one reason or another is unable to take insulin, therefore we have been able to design a prototype in which you can visualise one of the reasons why in a certain case a pancreas donation would be needed.

• Endocrina: es el conjunto de órganos y tejidos del organismo, que segregan un tipo de sustancias llamadas hormonas.
