Analyzing Organizational Leadership Models effective as Steve Jobs.
It is clear that any person can´t become a leader, therefore it should have some extra characteristics to become a leader. Leadership is not manage roles and working in groups, the idea is manage egos and personalities because each person has a different world, then we think and feel very different.
The leadership has hundreds of very different meanings and interpretations. Mainly I will focus on the author WCH Prentice who defined leadership as "the achievement of a goal through the direction of human assistants" that means, person who is able to successfully organize their subordinates to achieve a certain goal is considered a leader. This has to be a thing constant and overcoming adversity presented for achieving this goal, as the environment is turbulent and always going to be difficult. This author also says that the achievement of a great leader is social and human, and it comes to their collaborators, it means that when we will follow someone is because we have the impression that he understands where are going and what are our goals and purposes.
TEN RELATIONAL SKILLS TO EXERCISE A GOOD LEADERSHIP.
According the author Ana Varik specialist in leadership says that to make a good leader must be able to attract and interact in a positive way with others. So establish good communication with your team and facilitate the fulfillment with the goals said. For this, we must take the following 10 skills.
1. AVAILABILITY: The leader must be in constant contact with his team with the interest to identify what are the necessities of the group and to answer to them appropriately.

2. ESTABLISHING BALANCED RELATIONS: The leader should promote harmonious relationships in his team, because it will allow them to flow better the things and to generate the creativity to have a quieter environment, if it becomes in a conflict, he must mediate to be solved immediately and it can`t affect in the workplace.
3. ACCESSIBILITY: The leader must be prepared to hear to other points of view, to be very honest to others.
4. USE APPROPRIATE OF THE POSITION OF AUTHORY: The leader can`t takes advantage of his authority to get something to his benefit.
5. CONFIDENCIALITY: The leader should hear to his team, but never to share this information with somebody else if the worker does not want it, it must respect the confidence given by the leader.
6. MOTIVATION TO HIMSELF: You must propose goals and achieve them, motivating himself without leaving behind the motivation for his team.
7. OFFER SUPPORT FOR YOUR GROUP: When someone in your team is in another way that is not appropriate to achieve the objective, the leader should bring him again.
8. KEEPING THE MOTIVATION AND TEAM`S SPIRIT: To provide incentive for performance can be high.
9. ESTABLISHING A GOOD COMMUNICATION: The leader should interact with his employees communicating with them constantly, it won`t be to misunderstandings and everybody will have clear to do.
